I want my ski edits to look the best and I want to do that by nailing the color in my shots. What workflow should I use for this? I have speedgrade and davinci lite but I'm not sure when to grade. Or is it better to just grade in Premiere?

I shoot with a Canon 7d and 60d. I can either shoot at 1080p 30fps or 720p 60fps.Is quality better than slow motion? Or is 720p good enough quality? Don't tell me to get a GH3 or anything better.
