Just ask your local ski shop to order them for you if they're not getting another shipment. Most places will do it, and in some cases, you'll get 'em just as quick as if you ordered them online.

I does make me mad when a parent brings their kid in the park like that, especially when there are signs at the top saying 'expert only' and stuff like that. The day a mom brings her 5 year old in the park and he can throw anything, anything at all as long as he or she isn't just making the park...

Has anyone been up into Loveland pass in the past few days? I haven't skied for about 3 weeks, and the last time I did was up in there. So if its nice, I'm going back, hit some of the jumps that everyone else made.

Last time I tried to get into the outback the wayback quad was closed. But that was also around the 15th of November. But yeah, if it is still closed, the 2 mile skate out of there blew. Well, theres my input, hope you all enjoyed it. Haha.

I don't get it. If someone can afford their nice gear right away, instead of having to work 2 jobs just to get their new stuff like the rest of us, why does that make them a poser? Let them learn, its more productive to help than to sit and whine about it when they mess up the take-off/landing...

I got messed up when I was carving a few years back... broke my back and all. So I got real timid when it comes to speed... but I've been spending more and more time flingin' my carcass in the park lately.

I drove over the pass this past saturday, it looked pretty damn nice. I was thinking about heading up there pretty soon. But yeah, it did look crowded as hell. But if you hike far enough north along the west ridge, then you can find all the space/powder you could ever want.

My advice is to ride with some people who already know their stuff. It helps a lot when you mess something up and your buddies can tell you why and help you figure it out. If you can't find people who'll let you ride with 'em... then just try and one up your buddies... friendly competition...

I got a great salomon one from Snowshack... I found it in their clearance section. Fits two pairs, up to 191 long.

I ride the old blue 1080s (171) and if I can get up to the mtns this weekend my brand new (drum roll please) pocket rockets. I wish I had brought them up for the awesome first day pow that CO got on the 9th.

I just try and convert them... So far I've gotten 2 snowboarders to switch to skiing. That way I don't have to worry about getting knocked the f*ck out by one of the out of control ones. One day we'll rule the world with 2 sticks.

Everybody's got too much of a competitive attitude to help anyone else out. They're all laughing because its cool to them to be better. And if they give you, me, or anyone else tips, they're bringing you closer to making them look bad. At least thats how my powers of induction see it.
