aight guys thanks for the advice. i bought the 171s. i just have this funny feeling that the sales dude hooked me up with a crappy binding..i think it was an old 300series. now i have one last question..if i did get a shitty binding will it hinder my performance?

just bought some 2003 1080 silvers(end of season sale.) being an expert skiier, i love skiing really really fast. i know of their park superiority, but i was wondering if the 1080s can really hold up in the steeps. Theyre mounting the bindings now, so im gonna pick them up on my way to sunday...
