    NS video link from FB/IG not working

    I've posted a video yesterday and shared it on FB and IG, but when I click the link I get this message "Error loading file : Media could not be played". My girlfriend says it does the same for her. It seems to only happen to videos uploaded on the NS player. Anyone know what's up with this?
