I was just wondering if it would benefit my skis bases if I waxed them, scraped off some of the wax (but not all of it), then re-iron the remaining wax, possibly to soak in more wax. I really have no idea, so what are your ideas on it NS?

I'm just thinking of buying a pair and wanted some feedback on them. Also, I guess that they aren't to good at skiing groomers seeings as they're rockered, but if anyone knows about the skis on-piste preformance I'd love to hear it.
