I live in kimberley and as you know, we dont get jumps because of RCR, so whenever i go to a park i go all out, but after only a few runs i have wicked shin bang. any ways on helping reduce this? in the short term and the long?
I dont know the proper take off to set these tricks. i can do them on trampoline and stuff but my friends say it is very different on skis. are they right?
