so i might buy some skis for urban rails and ther's damage down to the core and the edge gone under one boot. can i repair this or should i just put the good side on my lead foot?

i'm looking for some skis for this summer and i don't want to use my brand new ones so i'm hoping someone has some semi-beat up/ inexpensive skis that would be willing to sell. twins w/ atleast 170 length are good and also prefforably solid under the boot.
