How can I achieve these colours?

Like I said first time, any advice you guys would give? I'm also going to be shooting an hour or so before dark any tips on lighting or light direction for the shoot? It'll just be lighten by natural light, I'm thinking the sun would provide a nice side light. Thanks.

I've been figureing out colour correction in after effects and I love it. The levels tool allows you to see the historgram and adjust accordingly while the colour balence too makes grading easy. The trouble however is how to I grade in after effects and then transfer it to FCP? Anyone done this...
