my fat friend broke a pair of my skis last weekend, he said he'd pay me back... any ideas on a good punishment? i'm thinking a new pair of bindings for next season (the skis were pretty shitty)
alright this is a pretty dumb question, but are there any good stretches to do to help with crosses and grabs and shit? cause i think i lost all the flexibility i had at the end of last season, i can barely cross at all now.
