I want to get some ski movies but thier are so many I don't what to get i'm trying to find others than war or teddy bear crisis. any suggestions

i gotta hitachi dvd cam (350A.. i think) and i can't capture the footage off the cam to the computer. the stupid software that comes with the cam wont allow me to capture the footage. does any1 know how to get it?
