ok so about the same kinda ski....i was wondering anyone elses opinion of differences....more specifically the wieght issue...i am trying to help a chick i know find a good all round ski and she likes the karmas but they are a heavy ski and will be hard for her to move with em in the air...

what are some of your guy's methods on preventing knee and back injury i.e. stretchs etc. . everytime i spend a long day in the park i wake up the next morning with a sore back and tweaked my knee yesterday landing backseat :( want to prevent days like this in the future. and i know i gunna get...

so i started throwing 5's today at the park. but i cant get em. i either just end up doing a 3 or i get around to about 450 and then eat shit. i was trying to do them on about a 20 footer and had seen other guys doing 5's on the same jump. any suggestions? i am just sick of killing my body in...
