It doesn't make any sense to me. If it was about the extra material then why are longer skis not more expensive? Armada has a 250$ price gap between the ARV88 and the ARV116 JJ.
Snapped both of the turntables on my pivots. Trying to figure out if I did something wrong or if it was just bad luck. Both breaking by chance seems unlikely though. Right now I’m thinking that the foreword pressure was way too high but when I checked last it was between the indicators
I think they look ok. They definitely can be overused (cough cough Karsteder), but they can also be tasteful in some situations. I never understood why some skiers like Forster Meeks are so against them. Double swaps look really bad though.

Is there a future where Gilson is a popular brand to see in the park? So far their instagram has been horrible and their choice of team has been questionable, but could they turn it around?
Are there any bindings on the same level as pivots in terms of pre-release prevention? I have some griffons and I usually have to go 2-3 din levels higher than I would on pivots to avoid pre release on lips and rails.
