Getting more into park skiing and trying to learn backside 270 off a rail. Can ride rail fine, can go off switch, but my body can’t commit to or even fully entertain the idea of trying a 270 off cause the odds of me landing it first time are pretty slim and the odds of me falling are super high...
I can only attempt rails that have the kicker the same height as a rail and I’ve been able to hit a basic mini flat bar for 2 months and a tube for 2.5 weeks. I see kids who have never hit rails sending rails that I’m too scared to do. Every time I learn a rail even if it is one that is the same...
It’s me and my friends first season skiing park he can already do front swaps and 270s on rails or off them. I can only do basic rail slides and can only do them on rails that are the same height as the kicker.
So here are the only 2 rails I can do. the one where I didn’t lane it was because of sticky snow and a lack of speed. I do normally land it tho, my problem is Im just too scared to hit taller, and longer rails how did you guys get over your fears...
