The back of my ankle up from my heel is quite swollen, red and sore. This is from skiing a lot over the past week. Has anyone had this problem before and if so how do you treat it? Cheers
So I have been practicing some off axis tricks on my trampoline. I am very close to landing a cork 7 on tramp, and will probably get it soon. If anyone could tell what would be the easiest off axis trick to actually bring to skis, that would be great.
