I got a old pair of skis I wanna make my own design on them, I don't want to spray paint the skis with white cause once it chips it looks wack asf. Is there anything I can like tape or place, or cut and place anything that I will be a able to draw/paint on to make my own design

I just picked up a pair of J Skis all play and I was wondering what size brake width I should go with on new fks/pivots. Should I get 90mm brakes and bend em (skis are 98mm underfoot) or should I get 115 brakes and hope they don't drag while carving
