Dear god I wish ski shops would offer a fleet of demo boots the way they do with skis and such. With the amount of times I’ve seen bootfit tees and had them set me up with a boot that feels “shop good” (slightly uncomfortably tight requiring some break in, good feeling flex, locked heel etc etc)...

I already started making a thread like this a while back, but that one died. I have HG stingers in 178. Only been skiing them for 8 days now. Edge is cracked and bent in many spots. Base is dimpled along the edge. Base/edge are splitting from the sidewall/core underfoot. Core is bending/cracking...

Bought a pair of HG stingers, only skied em 1 day total, that whole day spent in the park. Theres already an edge crack, but thats not the bad part. Right where the edge is cracked the base is starting to dimple. Very minor, but I'm very worried, because my last pair of skis (Armada Bdog 2017)...
