I was wondering what is the best method for building rails out of PVC. My two ideas were to use a single pipe (3 inches form ex.) on a base, or use two or three pipes (1-1.5 inch for ex.) on a base. What kind of rail design that I listed would slide the best and generally be the best for skiing?
