MRI= partially torn mcl sprained knee. I hurt it 3 weeks ago, DOC says no surgery needed, 3 more weeks until rehab starts. Any advice for a stronger recovery. I'm currently walking with a slight limp. he also gave me a monster brace w/ hinges.
