now i have my clip recorded at 720p 60 fps (59.97). i have my frame blending at pixel motion. i have also set my input frame rate at 59.97 for the twixtor effect. and following this video i still manage to get "warping" when i have slowed the clip down to 3% even with the exact same properties...
