I have a canon hf200 and final cut 4.0, and when i try and import using log and transfer, all the files show up, and can be played, but when i go to import them, it prepares for to import but nothing happens and it says error: no data. I think i have all the settings right, i've looked around on...

So i have a finished sequence, and i want to export in high quality, but everytime i do, neither vimeo or youtube will accept the formats, so, fellow editors, when you export your movie, what setting and steps do you do to make it work?
