So towards the end of last season I bought Armada Invictus 89ti skis and had them mounted with marker griffons for my Full Tilt Seth's. I am now getting lange xt130s and would like to utilize the WTR soles. I work volly patrol so having WTR sole and walk mode would be a great improvement...
I have 2013-2014 FT Seths and one of the rubber pieces on the outsole has fallen off. I have searched far and wide for the replacement, which FT advertises on its website but can't seem to find the appropriate size (L) anywhere. Does anyone know of a dealer anywhere (ideally in the US) that has...
Heading to Whistler for the first time on Monday. Will be staying in the village. Any good bars to be sure to hit? Runs/areas to be sure to ski? Any other tips?

Had my first trip to the "penis" doctor this week. I always imagined I would be a lot older when I would have to visit a urologist, but whatever. Was super worried about it, but had no reason to be, things are fine.
So I am done grading exams for awhile (living the TA/grad school life) so my buddy and I headed up to Mammoth for a late Spring session. Ran into Parker White in the parking lot, wasn't sure if it was him but I asked "are you Parker White" and he said he was and talked to me for awhile. He is...

More of a question than me calling out NS, but it is owned by a large corporation and I would imagine is probably at least close to self-sustaining if not fully profitable. Am I wrong? I really enjoy the community here however I don't see the merit in giving more money to a corporation that is...
Alta/Snowbird, Mammoth, and Whistler were added to the list of resorts on the Mountain Collective that already included Aspen, Jackson Hole, and Squaw/Alpine Meadows.

Driving a car to my sister in Chicago from California. I have 1 day free to ski at either Brek or Keystone or Vail. Which is best?
I am leaning Vail due to history, but Breck always seemed awesome.
Trent Reznor's new band How To Destroy Angels dropped their second album today. It features a lot of the same electronic/industrial influences he and Atticus Ross are known for with vocal contributions from Trent's wife Mariqueen Maandig.
Link to a streaming version of the album here...
Any other fans on NS?
Last season ended in a boring manner, but I appreciated the plot development and how they handled the story arc for the season. I am sure it will start with a bang of some sort.
I bet they'll adapt some of the Dorner stuff into a plotline next season or this.

They editorialize about veteran's benefits a bit much. The anecdotes about Seal Team 6 life brings a human aspect to the lives these men led.
What did everyone else think?
Why "Uncle E"? If the powder awards were not already enough vindication, he's horrible. Mike Douglas is great, but Enst is useless. Didn't they have Luke VV and TJ last year?
