where does everyone get the sweatshirt material to make the custom sweatshirts everyone is makeing?

i have a pair of lange world cup boots. the flex is about 70. the liner and shell says they are a size 7-7.5 but im not sure what that is in ski boot sizes maybe a 25? pretty solid boots only cosmetic damage used for one seson. ill post lotsa pics if anybodys interested.
