heh, where i live, pretty much every cigarette shop and probably 1/5 of the petrol stations & convenience stores sell bongs and stuff, plus we have a few dedicated head shops in town. south australia is heaps good

it only scars if you do it right, which i seriously doubt will happen. you also usually need to aggrivate the brand with a toothbrush or something while its healing for the scar to be permanant
