Well if two of you broke the heeltracks to your bindings, then one person can give sell the good one left to the other person. Its suck they break and they are prone to doing that, but just swap them up and make your bindings work.

Dude, take them to a shop. the thing that most shops use is like a mini oven, microwave thing. the liners get all squishy and puffy and the form to your feet. The shop should do it for free or like $5.
