^ probably not, but if you have issues with your feet and regular walking/running shoes, I wouldn't step foot into boots with regular footbeds... or even superfeet, if your feet are f'ed and require special support, get some custom footbeds made.
ok that was kinda brutal and dick of me... but sorry man, sucks about the maid, figure out a way to get rid of her... if that means pulling more weight, pull more weight around the house
where was all this stuff being stored? Maybe if more thought/care went into preserving it, it wouldn't have been thrown out. If you kept your room clean your mom wouldn't have had to send the maid in there to clean up after your sorry ass?

be careful... my buddy snowboarded with a CTi^2 brace for like 3-4 years with a blown ACL, he just had surgery in may and is skateboarding again... it can be done, but I wouldn't be looken to learn any big tricks or do many rails... I would ski on it, you only live once, I'm banking on new...
well I thought I heard the arguement before that the binding pieces were designed to be in tension you know... and that loosening them may change how they react to being retightened... this also coulda just been a dream of mine. I am going to loosen em up on my main sticks and leave em on the...
I did a search, didn't come up with any immediate results... I've heard people say do and don't as far as loosening DINs over the summer, what is the verdict?
I agree he had a nasty part in NASM, I really really liked his 720 tweaked safety, simple but amazing trick that I wish I could recreate with such finesse, I hope he is able to walk again, all these injuries lately are sucking
