I still say they are dangerous... the forward pressure settings were all weird... I ditched mine for a pair of 810s which I then put together a set of 912s... You need a special jig to mount the demo binders... so if your shop has it, you can do it, otherwise you gotta eye it up, not real...

912ti demo bindings are pieces of shit... I went through the same thing you are going through last year, toe pieces are normal units but heal pieces are garbage, I pieced together some older 912TIs and used some of the new parts and springs from the new toe wings, you can probably score a used...
