try it on a trampoline with no prejumps but have someone standing right next to you so you get no bounce at all, if you can do this then doing them on the ground sholdn't be a problem. or you can go to gym near by, when they have open gym and learn it in like 5 mins

haha that was me, i dont know what happened, i got the cork 7 down in partice, i must have just under rotated and hit my head and got knocked out because i dont remember a thing, i remember wakeing up in the amulance, its all good though just a concussion
whenever i get shinbang, it only hurts real bad when i am on the lift or walking around at the bottom of the hill with my ski boots on. It will be really sore when i am just skiing around but when i am droping into a jump line or getting on to a rail, the shinbang just goes away like i forget...
i think i saw you, i was in the green pants with brown and white jacket. i helped out the park crew dig out one of the rails and it took forever because they were under so much snow, o well welch will be able to stay open longer with this snow i hope :)
i was there sunday night and me, colten, fish, and zak w were bored so we shaped the jump so it had square corners haha, it was really legit and looked nice, i hoped it stays like that for a while
