Atomic Tweak, stiff and light, verry durable, i teach Adaptive Skiing and use Tweaks as my work skis b/c they are so durable

keep the triks small ie. rails, kickers, and try to find some way to protcect your hand like a wrist guard with a small pillow wraped around it. you'll look like a dumbass but thats better than permanant damage or sitting at home

Remember to keep your knees bent so that when your skis are flexed to the max you can spring off with your whole legs not just your calfs. Once you are up, tuck your heels up to your butt.
