which are better for the knees, the old looks with the rotating heelpiece or the new ones without the rotating heelpiece?

yeah i have s810 ti bindings on my urban skiis and the dins are set at 9 and they release a lot easier then my looks do

6' 190 lbs 17 years old and under the boot it says 270/275

yeah i actually set it lower because they never came off. I set them at 7.5.

ive never skiied the old looks just the new ones and it seems like the old p12 with the rotating heel would release better with a twisting motion but i want someone whos used both to comment on this

should i get Look px12 or the old look p12?

i had it bad, just try not to land backseat and ride your boots super loose. You should also go to a hardware store and get foam padding that is sticky on on end and put that stuff on the outside of the toungue of your boot

nah i didnt tear any major ligaments, just the one that holds yuor kneecap to the quadriceps... has anybody done this and not had it pop out again?

Probly the most painful thing didnt get it put back in for over an hour. Has anybody dislocated their knee and how long before you were back on ther slopes.
