That is right Amer Sports (Atomic, Salomon, and Sunnto) is moving to Ogden Ut. Ogden is going to be huge. Which is ok. Because none of the locals ski.

Try on a few different boots w/ a not to stiff, not to soft flex. Then go w/ whatever boot fits the best. And don't buy them to big. Have the salesperson "shell fit" you...

Did you even look at the website? It is going to be its own resort. It has nothing to do w/ Snowbasin. And BTW... Snowbasin is the best restort in the State of Utah. But if you want to waste your time in Little Cottonwood go right ahead...

Yes but if they put a resort in Ogden w/ be a sick place to be. Plus Ogden is way more relaxed that SLC....

they are not made in the same factory... 4frnt is in Elan and Armada is in Atomic.

Ok here is the real information.... Armada moved all there product for this years skis to Atomic. Last year they were only making ANT's and JP vs Julian's in Atomics factories, the rest were still in Elan. 4Frnt has moved all production out of Canada to Elans Factory.

Well I talked to a couple people at Holden after I saw it in Freskier. And they want to be an outerwear company. Not just a Snowboard outerwear company. And yes they have sold to shops that carried skis and snowboard. But they are going to select a few ski only shops to go after to test the...

Holden is going to start selling to skiers (by that I mean start selling to ski shops). I don't think they have any plans to sign a team. But they know that if they are going to sell high end outerwear, they have to sell some of it to skiers.

It is Technine outerwear... They tell the same "gangsta" story in there outerwear as they do in there bindings and boards. Plus it is made by the same factory that makes Sections outerwear, and section is some of the best out there. Plus, It hasn't started shipping yet.

K2 inc is HUGE!!!! They own a lot of different things....

I am not saying that the factories in china are bad at all. I am just suprised that a company as strong as Volkl would go to china from Germany.... China is the way of the future... All the bike companies that have moved there have been for the better.

I just saw a new pair of Volkl Gotama's in the Sports Den in Salt Lake and I was checking out the new tail profile.... And there it was, "Made in China" sticker on the tail. It looks like K2 is pull all the stops and having most of there skis made by "lil hands in China"....

Stop making these threads... All clothing fits different people differently. Go try it on and see what fits you the best. Or order it from a place that will let you send it back to them if it does not fit.
