earl grey is a blend of black tea ( i think it has some orangelike flavoring). black te is an oxidised tea leaf, and it is the same as green tea but with more oxidation. if your tea is in a bag and the box doesn't say earl grey, then it's probably just a black tea blend.

i'm with you bro, but i can do a lot in the brewing industry with a degree in chemistry, so it's not necicary for me to major in brewing. it would just be nice to take a course specific to that. and since i love chem. i could have something to fall back on if i ever want to change jobs.
