Wait, you say you ran it the same hour you got it, but, while you were installing it, did you get all the updates? You should just double check that you have all the updates because the install file is older and won't have all the up to date virus definitions.

Well as you said Norton did delete 4 viruses so it may have gotten it, and I can assure you, AVG does not suck. Did you make sure to get all the updates for AVG?

You most likely can't delete it because the virus is running. You may be able to delete it if you can start up in Safe-mode. But I would still recommend AVG, norton is notoriously bad at actually deleting real viruses.

Get a better anti-virus, like AVG. Go to www.download.com and search for AVG. Its free and actually works, unlike Norton.

Yeah, The Football Factory is very good also. After you watch that, try to dig up some TV episodes of a show called The Real Football Factories. After the movie was made, they decided to make a documentary on the evolution of firms in the UK. Its a really interesting show.

I use The Core Media Player. I would recommend using that, it can play basically any format of video. Also get the K-lite codec pack. It has all the codecs needed to play videos of any kind.
