I think this is a pretty good topic to discuss. I don't think it's too much of a common problem, but clearly, it's a growing issue. 50% of the people I ride with are sponsored on one level or another, and they're all decent people, who stumbled across sponsorship or more or less competed a lot...

hmmmmm. Get a website, it's very easy to sell photos when you have a domain and whatnot. I had a website just for portfolio reasons and all the sudden it was getting like a whole bunch of hits a day and people I didn't even know were inquiring about buying prints.
