We need another THIS SHOW SOCKS episode.

I really miss them. They are just so randomly hilarious and I find myself imitating at the Tate voice at odd times. Its been quite a few months since the last one came out, and I need more. Go check them out if you haven't already. http://www.tetongravity.com/thisshowsocks/

    Lizzies/Bacons/Rories/Live Life 2s/Zeros

Who DOES know something about 9ward rories? I'm getting close to buying bacons now, but can I use a 110 mm. brake for a 115 mm. ski instead of going all the way to a 132 mm.? Can I bend it a bit?

    White gear get dirty?

I have a white jacket and I love it. Rails will get it dirty, but who really cares? White looks sick and it was off-white to begin with. I ski the east, which means a lot of glades, and unless you ski the patrolled and prooned marked glades only, you will be doing some bush-whack-skiing...

    Nordica Zero ???

The zero looks like a really cool ski. It was a little bit narrower than my other options, and I also wondered about the no camber because I still ski all-mountain when theres no light and fluffy to bem had. The symetrical sidecut is really cool too. I think i'll probably go with the bacons...

    Elizabeth's For Me?

^ agreed, but he's not in Squaw valley, nor am I. I was in a similar situation, but being 5'9", will probably go with the bacons. But at his height and for mostly park, lizzies sound good. On the east coast, 6 inches is worthy of a first-chair, all-out pow day. Its all relative

Who's going to Mt.Snow this weekend???

Ooh I am. So pumped to ski in October. Are they going to have lifts running or hike-to-rails only?

Thanks, but I've done quite a bit of research, and feel confident that I've investigated just about any ski in this category. If you must suggest something other than on my list, please give reasons. Leaning to sfb's right now.

    Where to mount bacons

Yeah I'm curious too. How close to center could I mount them for more of a park ski? -1? That would make them ski al little shorter also, right?

    Need Wide Jester Brakes

Try als ski barn. I saw the 132 mm. brake as an option there. I weigh 135, and usually don't have a higher din than 10, so is there any reason I should get the jester instead of griffon? Its an 100$ difference. also, can I bend a 110 mm brake to 112 on a surface LL2 or 115 on a line sfb? Or...

    MOUNT SNOW!!!!!!!

narch first freshies- it seems like the magic date every year, 3/107 was a powp day also. This year had some unreal face shots that day. Good memories. And yes I ski Mt. Snow too

Need a new park ski for under $300

Ninthward or Line skis are the cheapest. Last years invaders are probalby only 250. You can by a binding more expensive than that

    Yet another ski length question...

just go with the 171, for park, shorter will be more fun.

Are the surfaces really that poor in durability? Anyone agree? I certainly don't want a binding to rip out. And what about the rories?

Sorry for yet another help-me-choose-my new-fat-skis-thread, but I haven't seen these five compared before. I ski the east, but I'm set on a pair of fatties, so please don't remind me how little snow we get. I'm 135 lbs., 5'10", and plan to use these as my every day ski. I have a pair of...

    PSAT's today.

Yeah, took them on Wednesday. My timing was off. The annoying proctor said pencils down and I still had 3 questions left. Good thing they don't really count
