I rode my bike 12.5 miles last night with more of what I would call extreme discomfort as opposed to pain. My top speed and average speeds were both in excess of what I was able to do during the bike race I entered 3 weeks ago on a whim. I'm pretty stoked. After the ride I brought my skis...

Stoked that BIg Sky just got dumped on last night and A-Basin has officially begun to run it's guns at night! So excited about this I actually ran up 5 flights of stairs today on my shitty knee! Oh it hurts so good :)

Yeah, definitely some very classy, upscale clubs in Montreal (damned if I could remember any names or give any directions, sorry!) - a few skanky ones too, so get more beta before you go. Just be sure that you pitch it as an appetizer, not a main course. A quickie just for fun to explore...

Good tips. I definitely know to focus on the end of the box/rail and that seems to get me about halfway across before I bite it. Definitely looking forward to snow so I can try this shit and get better! Then I have to teach it to my 7 year old (or maybe he will nail it before I do!)

Oh that video hurt to watch. Now I need to get that mental imagine out of my mind. My rail experiences so far have been leaning too far forward and sliding off - usually end with me bashing a knee - or being on my back edges and having my feet go out from under me, landing on my ass or hip...

Stoked to be walking again without any limp and doing one legged leg extensions at the gym with 20 pounds now. Stoked that I was able to run about 20 feet on Sunday with my son, even though I had to ice the joint for 2 days afterwards. I see light at the end of the tunnel with this freakin...

    East Coast BC Revealed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn straight, Colden can be a killer if you don't know what you're doing. I went up on skins and fatties with Rondonee last season - major work! I still have night tremmors thinking about the ski down (and I mean that in a good way). I have the Slide Guide, BTW - Drew Haas is a friend of...

Anyone else want to bust a cap when people say skiing isnt a sport?

Someone once made the argument to me that in order for something to be a sport the competitors have to be trying to impede each other's scoring. Skiing is definitely an athletic endeavor, and you can ski competitively against another skier's time or style (like figure skaters competing against...

Who would you rather ski with:

Chris Anthony, nothing fancy, just solid on any kind of terrain the mountain can dish up. And Claus Obermeyer....it would be like skiing with Yoda!
