If you were living in Vienna, Austria for 3.5 months(just as I am) and you planned on skiing a lot and you could only bring one pair of skis...what would you bring?

    SPK Kaos Liner

Shit, I have been fitting ski boots for a while and rarely ever see that happen in the SPK's. One of the best things about that boot is the tounge, I have been skiing the SPK pros and the tougne helps cut back on shin bang a lot. I would probably ski it and see if it molds and fits better...

I would much rather ride with other skiers, but some of my best friends are snowboarders so I ride with them quite a bit.

    Aegix Clothing

I think the idea of having padding in your clothing is pretty sweet, when I ski big mountain I use a spine protector some days, but I'm not to keen on the prints of their stuff, cool company though.

    Your favorite local shop

I'm looking for more shops around the U.S. to carry Sick Stickz Ski Poles. We are a company that just started this past season out of Denver. If you could post your favorite local shop, the city it is in, and possibly their website that would be a big help--that way when you are looking to buy...

    Neff is for snowboarders

Neff makes a dope product and there is no reason to hate on them. I talked to them about a month ago and they told me they are not sponsoring skiers at the moment but to check back later this summer. It is true, Neff was originally formed for skate and snowboarders, but they have come to find...

    50-50% freeride/racing boots?

If you are serious about your racing I would recommend buying a race boot and a park boot, the performance from a plug boot will improve your racing big time. If you really don't have the budget for two pairs, see if the dalbello kryptons fit you. They accomodate up to around a C width...

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT???????????????

You can remount a pair of skis up to 3 times, anything more than 3 times voids the warranty. I have never heard of painting them being an issue although I have never been in that situation. If you have a rossignol binding on the rossi ski than you have a 2 year warranty, if you just have a...

    Oh Noes! Another Hellbent thread!

169, that ski is fat, you have the surface area to float so there isn't a huge need to go really long.

    Bindings for Seth?

The STH's seem the most conistent in their releases, but they all do the same thing and every binding has to go through the same require tests. I have seen a lot of jesters pull off skis this season. The scratch 140's are great, pretty cheap, fairly light, great heal piece and awesome elastic...

    Ideas for skis?

I have riden the new pimps and thugs from atomic, both great, idk how fat you want to go. I rode the S7 and the Volkl Chopstick. The S7 was a little beefy for me, but I liked the chopstick a lot, tough decision as most everyone has a rockered ski that is fat now. I personally am going with...
