both really good skis to have the fs is alot stiffer then the t.m and it holds an edge good so like more all mt stuff. the tm is still good everywhere but just more for park b/c of the flex of it(real soft)......but if you are looking for park go tm b/c of the spring blade tec( gives ski bunch...

i worked there last year ..it's alrite if you are looking for a job that is pretty laid back....like you would only work about 3-4 hours at night(if lucky) b/c everything is first come first serve with the instructors and it was about13 bucks an hour but i dunno if it's changed this year or not...
