    Jumps...

When I was at Keystone this weekend it looked like they were getting really close with this huge kicker that has the landing coming in under the A51 chair. They were still working on some smaller stuff too.

    Avalanche by berthoud pass

I skied a run around Loveland Pass on Sunday that was choice.... But can definitely see why we have avi danger already, be careful out there, but damn, we had some close to knee deep turns through a couple of sections.

    Attaching steel to supports

While Welding would obviously be the best choice, I think you could get away with bolting it together, so long as you put some metal sleeves through it to limit the play (like a short tube all the way through).

    Www.jibij.com is the shit

I've been in there a few times.... Bought TBC and Booter Crunk, plus some scrapers, Josh always look at me like, why is someone over 25 actually in here.

    Co terrain vs tahoe terrain.

Compared to Summit, I'd prob. take Tahoe... Comparing states... I'd take CO Monarch, Crested Butte, Telluride, Silverton, Wolf Creek The stuff off of the T bar at Breck, A basin, etc. are all great big mountain type stuff. I'd have to do a little more out in CA to give it a fare shake, but CO...

    Best Ski Town?

Most of the people that move to Summit county to work at a resort and ski a shitload end up in Dillon, Frisco, or Silverthorn for the most part. There are a bunch of waiting, resort, service industry jobs... Some pretty solid partying too

    Best drop in-seriously

One thing I'd recommend is to put small lattice size wood across it to hold the snow better...

    Pvc board

PVC stands for Polyvinyl Chloride.... anywho, anything made with that is PVC, they make thin (ie tenths of mm) to think (an inch or more) sheets out of the stuff, which I'd imagine, could get fairly nicked up when getting used to it as a top sheet but should be plenty slick. I have no idea...

    Book of plans

If anyone wants, message me your email, I can start compiling a book of sorts, and I can draw them up in Microstation or AutoCadd

Good rail plans if you're looking

I'd sugest making both the supporting pieces directly under the metal rail sit on something, like make the bottom piece a 6x6 and it should all fit. You are creating a catilever beam there, that is one of the weakest ways to construct something. That one isn't too bad, but it'd be much, much...

How to support a pvc rail

Build a box beam out of three 2 x 4 screw the pvc into the open end of the box beam and that thing will be so solid you'll be able to beat the crap out of it...

    Check out my backyard

Only suggestion I have is to nail some cross pieces to your drop in ramp so it'll hold snow better. Oh, and make sure you use plenty of salt when securing those rails.

    B-CREW presents "READY STRAP BLADE"

That might be the single dumbest thing I've ever encountered. I still laughed though.

    Winter sports expo

I'm going to stop by there either tom. late afternoon or Sunday... I'm going up to A basin in a few

Line bindings and the struggle to re-shape ski retail.

Integrated binding systems actually change the way a ski works for the better. The flat spot is virtually gone with most of the systems, which makes a big difference for people who carve. Ski retail includes a larger demographic of people than just jibbers. I'm sure that most ski companies...

    Sickest park

Keystone had two of the smoothest hits I've ever hit last year. That said, I only hit CO parks last year (tend to travel for steeps). Breck always has oodles of stuff,

    How about CO?

    Ex- racers, converts, veterans

Racer for 16 years, enjoyed the competition, plus it gives you about a strong a base to work on as you can get. Definitely helps in the big mountain type of skiing I enjoy now.

    1st Season in CO

The guy to girl ratio in Summit county is around the 7:1 range.... she isn't your girl, it's just your turn.

    A-basin?

Just enough for me to flail a few times. Snow on the runs stayed pretty good until about 2:30
