yah what i did was i found a nice butter box, so its really wide and then i just kept trying 450s on and i did like 10 times without and everytime i would adjust something until i finally could do them comfortably onto that box, then i tried it again on different boxes.

i have salomon spk kreations and they work fine in the powder... although obviously all mountain boots would work better, but they still will work. I live on the west coast, so I do get powder a lot, and I've never ever had problems with my boots in the pow. By the way, my boots are even less...
