Thats what's up man, I picked my 89 ninja 600 up for $1000 and it has been so much fun and so good on gas. Plus I can ride it into work because it will do highway speeds unlike most mopeds/scooters. But, if you dont have to deal with higher speeds for commuting, mopeds are tons of fun.

There are a lot of requirements for a vehicle to be street legal. They need proper lights and signals and need to pass emissions tests in most states. Plus, being so low to the ground makes you much less visible to people in cars.

I guess its just a wording preference. If the tank is in bad shape I would list the problems, if it is of low quality I would say buy the gun and here's a free tank, I just wouldn't list items I am trying to sell as "shitty." I just feel like saying it that way turns people away from the sale.
