completely depends what grade you've done happily ive done grade 1 and grade 3 (the worst). Grade 1 takes 2-3 weeks to be fine but personal pain threshold has to be taken into account. Grade 3 can take a long time. i couldn't ski park properly for about 8 weeks but took it easy after about 5-6...
