dude, just get a comfortable stance when your on the lip, when you take off just pop off the lip a little and stay forward on your skis.. not too far though.. it's really easy once you get the hang of it

i agree with that. nobody in my school skis and its pretty cool, but it would be nice to have some other guys to talk to about skiing. all i hear in school is boarding, and theres hardly anyone whos good at it either.

yeah dude.. definitely. my gloves arent falling apart and they keep me dry as shit. dont know about their jackets but my gloves are holding up just fine.

this is true. i ride with snowboarders adn taht is about it.. most of the skiers i know just piss me off. there aer some cool ones but most of them think they are the shit just because twin tips arent the most popular thing out there.

well thats an open approach. i landed my first seven no poles, its fun to learn tricks without them. i do feel kinda naked without em though.

i ride with boarders almost every time i go, all my friends board and its a lot of fun. switching gear is fun too, get a little of both. still a hardcore skier... but its fun to get a little variety

alright so im at high north right now. i was in the village checking out the gear for 07.. and on the volkl dogens for 07 there was a sticker that said 'made in china' WTF?!?!?! since when does volkl have their skis made in china?! idk if they really are or what... anybody know for sure? i love...

din depends on how aggressive of a skier you are. i weigh 140 and i have mine on 11.5. you gotta experiment and find out what works for you.
