ok if it's dvd that you can read on a dvd player then its tricky. First you have to use something like WINAVI to rip the movie in your computer. Then you bring every piece (each avi files you just create) together using Virtual Dub.

it depend on the format of the video on your CD. If its an avi or something like that you just copy paste it on your desktop.

download VLC player. It's one of the best video player and you can take screen shot of what your watching... Also if you have to take a lot of screenshot you can use software like MWSNAP. It faster, you can take just what you need on the screen and then save it as a picture or simply paste it...

im 6' and I just got the over the top pant in large they are 'baggy fit'. For my taste I couldnt go any bigger than that. so yeah baggy fit is really baggy. There is a big difference with regular fit.
