Well if the kids signed something, abiding by the school rules, then they have to uphold those. But if they didn't.. then that'd be messed up.. but I imagine they did sign it. So if they don't like it, they can go to a different school.. big deal.

Yeah but any rap song with a full symphony.. or anything ever similar, is going to have to have sampled it from somewhere.. I highly doubt they'd write their own pieces for say, a string quartet or something.. or maybe they would.. eh..
