moguls don't fuck your knees up. yes, if you train them for years on end, and go 100 mph it wears them out, but it doesn't hurt them any less than over shooting jumps in the park. he is not saying that you have to kill it in the bumps, just knowing HOW to ski them and using your edges helps...
