Like someone mentioned above, look into a higher quality pole because your less likley to break those. I would also say look into Armada poles. With their system you buy the complete setup with grips, shafts and baskets and then if you break or bend a pole after that you just replace the single...

yes... i dont see any other way of dying it without getting the dye in the foam. I Have dyed many paintball masks and alls you have to do is make sure you rinse the foam very very VERY good and youll be ok.

im gonna say the ar6's are gonna be a good bit softer... if you are looking into armada skis look into the t-halls also if you want a sofer ski... i cant remember if they are softer or stiffer then the ar6's but i think a little stiffer then pipecleaners
