i hae them in my dalbellos as well as my snowboard boots and my mountaineering boots I love the ones in my dalbellos i have always suffered cold feet and had trouble spots in boots i didnt get cold toe once last season and have never been more comfy in a boot! just make sure the person molding...

put them together WITHOUT the spring! it will make assembly a lot easier! then to place the spring set the bottom part ..the 2 pointy ends..... then use a flat head screw driver to pry the top part in the coil will fall into place! make sense?
