I just bought some line sir francis bacons. Now i need to find som bindings / brakes that fit (115 underfoot). Any advice?

I just can't understand some of the yuppies and gappers that I see on the mountain. Why carv in terrain parks? Why do they yell at us to slow down? I spent a day as "Nathaniel Conners" to try to understand it all. I still don't get it.

I know what you mean. I have broken 2 pairs of salomon bindings this year also. My local ski shop hooked my up with some rossi axail px12 ti pros, and so far they have held up great. They are a lot heavier but its well worth buying something that wont break. I would also look into the look px12...

I have thought of the prophet 130s but figured they would be too fat for even Colorado backcountry. Who knows . . . . I am used to maine winters (ICE).

I'm moving out to Colorado in september and I was thinking about picking up some FAT pow skis. I ski on some 05/06 salomon foils for all mountain. Right now I'm leaning twards the line "sir francis bacons". Any suggestions?

Go for it. I think its one of the best mountains in the east. Great parks. Great terrain. Loaf it up!

I agree. I just got back from Utah where I thought conditions sucked. But then I went to sunday river today. ICE, CROWDS, NO VERTICLE, NO TERRIAN. The east sucks. I'm moving to colorado this summer.

NO. Too many people. Nowhere to ski because the trails are all clogged up and no verticle. I'm sick of that place.

Good point. I just want a long line. I'm sick of riding the lift. I think my favorite setup is at waterville valley in NH with the T bar.

I wish that the parks could be longer. What about making 3D the full length of the trail? Remember stomping grounds (sugarloaf) last year? I miss that. It seems Like I spend most of my time on the lift or getting to the park than anything else. I can't complain about RC but I miss the old sunday...

The guy I ski with twice a week just got them a month ago and loves them. They seem to carve great. He brought them to Utah last week and kept up with our fat skis just fine on a 6" pow day. I hope it helps ya.

I just got back from Utah this week and it was really HOT! The snow is melting fast. Alta was great. Snowbird was very icy but ok. I really liked snowbasin a lot. There wasn't a lot of people and the terrain was fun and somewhat difficult. I wouldn't go to brighton because it was the first place...
