STL's are 84mm underfoot in the 183cm. They have a 2 year warranty, and are the most durable ski out there. They have p-tex sidewalls which makes the ski incredibly light. The core is maple in the middle, with Aspen at the ends to give it more pop. So what's better about a Faction?

They turn fine. They have more sidecut than the MSP's.

Skogens may ski well, but 4FRNT's are way more durable, and ski just as good if not better

Best ski I've tried since the MSP. At 84mm in the waist on the 183cm, it's still a super-versatile ski. Way light-weight also (similar construction to the MSP)

Let's all wait and see the actual dimensions on these sticks. My guess is they will match up exactly with another ski in their line with different graphics being the difference. MAYBE a softer flex, but still, probably the same ski as something else they have.

Definitely one of the most durable skis made. 2 year warranty! The MSP's ski great everywhere, the STL's are more for park, but at 84mm in the waist, are probably good all-around as well.

How old are they?

4FRNT MSP's are bombproof. I've seen kids crush these skis and they hold up just fine.
