No poles is the way of the future. Nothing to clutter up your steeze, better for grabbing and landing switch in pow. Lets not forget the environmental impact with the shortage of steele and other metal commodities. You too can become part of the revolution and the destruction of skiing.

First of all, go back to school and learn to spell. Then you could REALIZE that a smart, (maybe not good), skier would need their poles to go touring, access difficult lines and just generally look like a person instead of a gorilla when skiing around the mountain.

Idea would have been cool if they had cut the shots without poles. However due to the abundence of no poles in the film it was pretty much a snowblading movie! remember snowblading with poles is cooler than skiing without poles!

another good thing is the fact that they are widening the walls of the pipe (better for cutting/grooming) they are also doing proper grading on the pipe earth so that building will be to exact specs. bad thing is the park will be open later as they will be changing the features to be smaller...
